User account

fanbuk is a mobile service, and you can create an account with just your mobile phone number without any password. However, in order to confirm that you are the actual owner of the mobile phone, you will go through an authentication process at the time of registration. In addition, in order to continue using the service on another mobile device, you must re-authenticate with the mobile phone number you signed up and authenticated previously.

Account creation may not be approved in the following cases.

  1. If you try to create an account using someone else's name or personal information, such as a mobile phone number
  2. When the same person attempts to create multiple accounts
  3. If you did not enter the required information or entered false information when creating an account
  4. In case fanbuk has deleted or disciplined the account in the past for legitimate reasons such as violation of operating principles or laws
  5. If it is identified as a mobile phone number with a history of transaction fraud on fraudulent information collection sites or government agency sites

Your account is for your use only and cannot be granted or transferred to another person. Users can edit information related to their account, such as their profile picture or nickname. If your mobile phone number has changed, you can modify it through the authentication process with the new mobile phone number through the settings menu within the service or by contacting the customer center.

Precautions when using

fanbuk may impose restrictions on use (suspension of use, forced withdrawal, etc.) if a user uses the service in the following wrong ways or actions.

  1. An act of interfering with the provision of the service in an incorrect way or accessing the fanbuk service by using a method other than the method guided by fanbuk
  2. An act of collecting, using, or providing other users' information without permission
  3. An act of using the service for commercial or promotional purposes
  4. Sending or posting information that violates public order and morals, such as obscene information or copyright infringement information
  5. providing security, or allowing others to use the fanbuk service or part of the software included therein without fanbuk's consent
